Sketch on Canvas Charcoal

This dense black charcoal is made in France using a traditional hand-burning process. Long favored by painters for preliminary sketching on canvas, it is velvety smooth for bold strokes with sharp edges. It resists crumbling.

Each package contains four sticks measuring approximately ¼" in diameter × 5½" long.
