Plastic Plates for Etching

These clear acrylic plates are .050" thick. They can't be etched with chemicals, but you can place your sketch under them, then scratch into them with engraving or dry point tools.

Use them as a safe and inexpensive vehicle to teach the principles of etching in the classroom. Approximately 18-gauge.
