Logan's 3-Step Cutter is the only oval and circle mat cutter with the exclusive 3-point stepping mechanism for clean, consistent bevels every time. It cuts ovals from 3¼" × 4¾" (82 mm × 121 mm) up to 20" × 23" (508 mm × 584 mm) and circles from 4¾" to 20" (121 mm to 508 mm) in diameter, plus hundreds of sizes in between.

The black knob at the top of the center post is the new feature that controls all adjustments, increasing the speed at which the machine cuts mats. Includes a sturdy cutter base, an adjustable radial plate, practice matboard, and fully illustrated instructions.
