Logan 750 and 760 Simplex Mat Cutters

Logan's Simplex mat cutters are similar in design to professional framer's machines, but without the heavy bulk and big price tag. The 750 Simplex Plus accommodates most standard sizes of matboard, while the 760 Simplex handles those bigger projects. The machines are designed for cutting standard thickness 4-ply matboard.

Simplex cutters have production stops to control overcuts, eliminating the need for measuring and marking, and an anti-crawl pin that keeps the mats absolutely still. The 27" (70 cm) squaring arm ensures square cuts without the need for drawn lines. A parallel mat guide with aluminized channels gives extra stability and accuracy.

Logan Simplex Mat Cutters include two Logan handheld cutters that are adapted for use with the machines.

The Series 3000 pull-style bevel cutter has a fingertip operated, pivoting blade holder. A start and stop indicator controls overcuts.

Logan's Model 701 is a pull-style straight cutter, with a textured rubber handle. It cuts precise 90° edges, and includes glides.
