Matboard blanks are an inexpensive way to purchase matboard if you are able to work with a few standard sizes and colors. These blanks are made from Crescent's high quality regular surface matboard, and are perfect for a variety of applications. The surface paper is bleed- and fade-resistant, and the cream-colored core and backing is acid-free.

Cut your own custom window for non-standard matting projects, or use the matboard as backing, mounting, signage, or presentation for art and photography. Each package contains 3 boards.

Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.

Crescent Regular Matboard is suitable for the vast majority of matting and framing applications. Where archival quality is needed, for fine art originals, valuable documents, limited edition prints and photos, and so forth, we recommend an archival grade such as Crescent Museum Grade Matboard.
