Single Paper Roll Cutter

This versatile, all-steel cutter can hang on the wall or stand freely. It holds one roll that is 9" in diameter.

It has a double-edge floating knife of heavy steel. This knife stays in the proper cutting position, and cannot break or warp. A locking device holds the legs firmly. The entire unit folds flat for storage.
