Silver Brush Black Velvet Brushes and Sets are crafted with a soft, absorbent blend of natural squirrel hair and black synthetic filaments for superb performance with watercolor, gouache, acrylics, inks, and more. An innovative combination of natural and synthetic fibers allows them to carry huge amounts of color, then release it in a slow, controlled manner. 

Full bodied with wonderful spring and snap, precise pointing characterizes the line. The polished, nickel-plated brass ferrules are triple-crimped and feature an epoxy barrier to prevent water from damaging the brush. Perfectly balanced wood handles rest comfortably in the hand.
