Texture gels are granular paste gels containing additives to create special textured effects without affecting color stability or permanence. They are ideal for "natural" textures such as landscape paintings and craft applications. Combine them with Galeria Structure Gels and Galeria Modeling Pastes to build up textures that can be carved or sanded. Apply all with a brush or palette knife. Black Lava Texture Gel — This gel contains fine particles of black flint. Use alone for colorless results, or mix with acrylic color. It can be overpainted. Glass Beads Texture Gel — This gel contains tiny, colorless glass beads to create effects such as air bubbles in water. Use it alone or with acrylic paint. Mineral Texture Gel — This gel contains Sand Texture Gel — This gel contains fine particles of natural sand. Use alone for colorless results or mix with acrylic color. It can be overpainted. |
