Damar is a natural resin that is harvested from trees in Indonesia and Malaysia. Weber uses only the finest, select damar resins to create its damar varnish.

Damar varnish provides a protective layer that prevents dust and airborne contaminants from adhering to the surface of an oil painting. It can be removed with solvent. Apply damar varnish only after an oil painting has completely dried.

Caution — Follow safety instructions carefully. Not suitable for use by children. Shipping restrictions apply to hazardous materials.
