Fee: $10 per month
This group will meet monthly to focus on creative journaling. Learn how to get inspired for different pages, share, and get support for continuing to release your artistic spirit! Bring your own journal and any other materials you like. If you don't have a journal started already, simply bring a blank book to the first meeting. Scissors, glue, pencils, markers, crayons, and fun papers will be available at the meetings. Contact the store for more details.

Join us for our Winter Back to School Blick Madness event! We'll have a variety of activities going on, including a free screen printing demo. Golden reporesentative Sandie Bacon will conduct a free demonstration using Golden acrylics from 2-4pm. Plus, enter a raffle to win $1,000 of your choice of oil, watercolor, or acrylic paints from Winsor & Newton or Liquitex! Contact the store for additional details.

Saturday, March 6th, 8-9:30am at Oswego East High School
Representatives from the Blick Art Materials Wheaton store will attend the Southwest Prairie Conference Student Art Competition at Oswego East High School on Saturday, March 6, 2010. Artwork from local high school students, judged in 13 categories, will be on display.
Visit our Blick associates from 8-9:30am to snag great giveaways like Blick t-shirts and discounts, as well as sign up for membership in our Preferred Customer program. Students and teachers join for free!

Our Wheaton store will co-host a Mid Winter Festival of Artists with Dillman's Bay Resort and Workshops. The event will be held at the Wheaton store and include free demonstrations, refreshments, giveaways, special discounts, free Preferred Customer Program sign-up, and demonstrations by nationally-known watercolor artists Tom Lynch, Ellen Roles, and Jeanne Ruchti.

Our Wheaton store is a sponsor of the Dillman's Bay Resort and Workshops Mid Winter Festival of Artists at the DuPage Art League. The event will be held at the DuPage Art League at 218 W. Front Street in Wheaton, Illinois. Activities include free demonstrations, refreshments, giveaways, Blick discounts, free Blick Preferred Customer Program sign-up, and a raffle for Blick gift coupons.

Our store will host the next meeting of the Illinois Watercolor Society on April 6, 2010. Featured guest artist Ingrid Albrecht will also lead a demonstration for attendees.

Join associates from our Wheaton Blick Art Materials location at the Family Art Day being held at Turner Elementary School in West Chicago.
