(I-94) northbound.
|
- Exit at Dempster Street eastbound exit
- Continue east on Dempster to McCormick Blvd
- Turn left on McCormick and continue north to Church Street
- Turn right onto Church Street
- After 1.2 miles, turn left onto Maple Avenue

From Eden's Expressway
(I-94) southbound.
|
- Exit at Old Orchard Road and turn left
- After the Old Orchard Mall, turn right onto Skokie Blvd (US 41)
- Turn left onto Golf Road. Continue east on Golf, which becomes Emerson Street
- After 3.3 miles, turn right onto Maple Avenue

By Metra (regional commuter train)
|
- Take the Union Pacific North line north from points in Chicago, and south from Highland Park, Glencoe, Waukegan, and other northern suburbs. Stop at Evanston Davis.
- From the Evanston Davis Metra station, walk one half block north on Maple Avenue.

By CTA Purple Line
(elevated train)
|
- During peak hours, take the Purple Line north. Transfer from the Red Line at Belmont or Howard. During off-peak hours, take the Red Line to Howard and transfer to the Purple Line.
- From the Davis Street Purple Line station, exit through the west doors and pass the Metra. From the Evanston Davis Metra station, walk one half block north on Maple Avenue.

(PACE and CTA)

- All PACE and CTA buses stop at the Purple Line station at Davis in downtown Evanston, one block from Blick Art Materials.
- From Skokie and points to the west, take the PACE-208 bus, which connects downtown Evanston with the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg via Golf and Emerson.
- From Highland Park, Glencoe, and points to the north, take the Pace-213 bus, which connects downtown Evanston with downtown Highland Park (Metra station) via Green Bay Road.
- From O’Hare, Des Plaines, Park Ridge, and Skokie, take the PACE-250 bus, which connects downtown Evanston with O’Hare Airport via Dempster Avenue and downtown Des Plaines (Metra station).
- From northwest Chicago neighborhoods, take the CTA-93 bus, which connects downtown Evanston with the Kimball/Lawrence terminal (Brown Line) via Dodge and California Avenue.
- From Old Orchard or Rogers Park, take the CTA-205 bus, which connects the Old Orchard Mall and Cook County Courthouse at Old Orchard with the Howard Terminal (Red, Purple, and Yellow lines) via downtown Evanston.
