Payment on WebsiteWe accept Dick Blick gift certificates, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Optima credit cards. No C.O.D. shipments. No individual open accounts. Other types of PaymentWhen placing your order over the phone, by fax, or by mail, we accept personal and institutional checks, money orders, Dick Blick gift certificates, and VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Optima credit cards. No C.O.D. shipments. No individual open accounts. Schools, institutions, government agencies, and businesses with suitable Dun & Bradstreet ratings may be extended net 30-day payment terms (with accompnaying purchase orders). Customers who do not maintain their accounts within terms are subject to suspension of credit. PricesAll prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. We will try to absorb most cost increases from our suppliers through December 31 of this year; but if the increase is excessive, we will notify you and ask for authorization to ship at the new price. Due to volatile conditions in the paper market, we may be forced to adjust paper prices. Written ConfirmationWhen following up on a phone, fax, or e-mail order with a written order, please clearly indicate "Confirmation Only - Do Not Duplicate." Customers will be responsible for return freight and restocking charges for duplicate orders caused by failure to appropriately mark written follow-up orders. Paper & Board Order MinimumsDue to difficulty in packing, all papers or boards under $5.00 require a minimum order of 10. Your selection may be assorted to meet this requirement. Those papers or boards which are $5.00 or more may be ordered as "each." |
