Comments about Zig Cartoonist White Ink 30:
I'm a watercolorist, and illustrator. Many times I find myself in need of a opaque white ink for highlights and cover-ups. This is the brand for that!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

An odd ink indeed
Its pretty thick until you shake it up. Very white, and decently opaque. I've used it for slip up on markers, and it covers them fairly well, but its nothing a bit of white paint or Copic's opaque white cant do. Keep in mind, its water soluble, even after it is dried if you tamper with it.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good waterproof alternative to PHMartin Bleed-proof white. Has a slight bluish cast on natural white papers. Add some Umber W/C to make it less detectable (provided your paper doesn't change color over time).
Very useful but could be brighter

I like the usefulness of White Ink for corrections. If White Ink was brighter I think I'd like it better for highlights as well.
Best Cartoonist's White on the Market

Zig's is a fantastic go-to opaque white, that doesn't sacrifice quality for price.
This white ink is superb for cartoonists. Covers well.

An extremely useful white ink that covers well for every cartoonist who wants to correct a drawing error. I could no longer find "Pelikan Graphic White"anywhere, and this product serves me as well. The only downside, is the bottles are much smaller. However, I was thrilled to find this product, as I have tried other white paints, etc.. and they weren't sufficient, and didn't cover as well, or even easier to use.

A mighty thick..
from Somewhere near Prague
Bought this white ink for drawing over dark gouache areas with a dip-pen. When I opened the jar this "ink" was more like a thick white putty. So it took a good bit of dilution to be useable as flowing ink. No denying this stuff does cover well, but so would any opaque white poster paint.
Merchant response: Thank you for sharing your feedback on this ink. This ink may appear quite thick at first, but should thin out as you stir it before use. If the ink is too solid to stir and does not liquefy, please contact us at 1-800-723-2787 so we can help you with a return or exchange.

Just what I needed
from TX and WY
I have been looking for a substitute for the old Pelikan Graphic White and nothing was adequate--I do B&W illustrations for publishing companies by hand, no computer, with dip pen and India ink, and needed correction fluid. This white ink works great! It's easy to apply, covers well, and does just what it advertises. Thanks!
