Comments about Yes Stikflat Glue:
This is great for bookbinding but seal it air tight because it has a tendency to dry out.

This is the only paste that doesn't buckle my paper.
from Houston, TX
Yes glue is easy to apply and holds well. It is easy to clean up. I've used glue sticks and Pva as well and yes glue is my go to adhesive with handmade papers when I want a strong hold.#sweepstakes

Yes to Yes Paste

I use Yes Paste for gluing photographs to Blick wood panels prior to applying encaustic and oil stick. No bubbling and tolerance for the heat of a torch make it very useful.

The only product that works to glue fabric to board for bookmaking, having made hundreds of journal books this product can't be beat!

The best glue
from Woodstock, GA
This paste glue is ideal for crafts or scrap booking. It doesn't buckle the paper and dries clear, giving much more professional presentation. Also, it is water based, easy to clean up, and acid free.

I bought YES paste on the recommendation of a friend, who taught painting for many years, as an adhesive for for gluing linen to masonite to create my own panels. I thinned it slightly with a little warm water, brushed it on both surfaces, then let my panels sit 24 hours with weight on them. The results were perfect. The paste works very well. Whether or not it is truly archival remains to be seen, but my friend has never had a problem with that.
