Excellent blade and handle at an excellent price

Comments about X-Acto #1 Knife:
I bought 25 of these handles because last year I mistakenly bought size #1 blades for the handles that I had. I could not return the box of blades so i waited for my budget to renew and I bought these handles and I am so glad that I did. The bezzle stays tight and the thin handle is more like a pencil so my students hold it like a pencil instead of a weapon. (That's a relief). Because they hold it like a pencil it makes cutting more fluid. The price was very budget friendly too. It comes with a blade AND a safety cover. I would buy these again.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The Best Knife Ever!

Currently I am in a color and composition class and one of the things that my professor requires is an x- acto knife. So I purchased the basic model and it works lovely. I have experience with this product from previous use back in high school. This is great for cutting paper, cardboard, thin plastic, etc. I even use it sometimes when I am gluing small pieces of paper and I am in need of something to help me lift the piece. The handle is basic but the grip is nice and comfortable. The only con is that when it used after a certain period of time of working on a project, the handle will twist and the blade comes flying right out of its handle. Maybe this would be something to work on. Other than that problem, overall the product is the best of its kind and I wont be purchasing another one anytime soon!
