Comments about Ulano 925WR Diazo Emulsion:

We print mostly with water based inks, Jacquard, Speedball, and TW, on flat stock. This is the best emulsion I have found so far for what we do. It is important to note that the only other emulsions I have tried are Speedball's and a number of other Ulano emulsions. It makes a nice thick stencil, especially when you recoat it after it has dried. (ULANO has the specifics on that) We use it on a 230 or 305 tpi died mesh on a retensionable Newman frames or on a 3x6' wooden frame. Our exposure unit is two 500 watt halogen work lights. It seems to expose in about 22 minutes with that, or 4 minutes in direct sunlight. Re-expose the screen for 10 minutes after you wash it out. The sunlight exposed stencils appear to be crisper than the halogen ones. It has exceptional edge definition and is totally waterproof until destenciled as far as I can tell. It usually destencils completely, and always clears out with a pressure washer. Basically everything we're looking for in a photo emulsion. The shelf life is around 3-4 months in the fridge.
