Tombow Dual Brush Pens have two tips — a flexible brush tip and a fine-point, hard nylon tip. Both tips are fed from the same ink reservoir, ensuring exact color match. Tombow's odorless waterbased inks blend to create any color desired.
With the flexible nylon fiber brush tip, you can achieve fine, medium, or bold brush strokes simply by changing the pressure on the point. The resilient tip springs back to hold its shape, stroke after stroke.
With the hard nylon tip, you can create consistent lines, tight drawings, borders, copy markings, fine lettering, and more.
Tips can be dipped in water to create subtle color washes. They're ideal for use with rubber stamps.
Tombow Dual Brush Pens are 7¾" long (20 cm) with color-coded caps for quick selection. The brush nib and hard nib are at opposite ends, and the barrel's anti-roll design is perfect for busy artists. The pens are odorless, use non-toxic inks or pigments, and are acid-free.

My second purchase of Tombow products
from Tillamook, Oregon
Using these in concert with water pens I can achieve some wonderful results. A good selection of colors, they overlay nicely, so I'm just plain pleased. Second purchase of these was from Blick and Blick is much better for a quick delivery. Thank you, Blick! I have recommended to two friends (bought some Tombows for one of them as a birthday present) and they are delighted as well.

Tombow Dual Brush Pens
Have just tested them and practiced with them. I can't use them on papers that I have printed out because the liquid part of the ink gets smudged from the black lines on the paper. Have not tried them on pictures from printed books.
I would buy this product again

If you want your brush pens to last for a very long time I recommended buying a card stock paper anything that has a smooth paper it won't fray out your brush pens comparing to all the papers out there. Some papers tends to have a little fuzz thingy when you used your brush pens to write on them. So careful if you are using it for calligraphy especially. Get a smooth papers.

I thoroughly enjoy these brush pens to the point that I hide them from my artistic daughter. If she gets ahold of them, I'll never find them.
