Tombow Dual Brush Pens have two tips — a flexible brush tip and a fine-point, hard nylon tip. Both tips are fed from the same ink reservoir, ensuring exact color match. Tombow's odorless waterbased inks blend to create any color desired.
With the flexible nylon fiber brush tip, you can achieve fine, medium, or bold brush strokes simply by changing the pressure on the point. The resilient tip springs back to hold its shape, stroke after stroke.
With the hard nylon tip, you can create consistent lines, tight drawings, borders, copy markings, fine lettering, and more.
Tips can be dipped in water to create subtle color washes. They're ideal for use with rubber stamps.
Tombow Dual Brush Pens are 7¾" long (20 cm) with color-coded caps for quick selection. The brush nib and hard nib are at opposite ends, and the barrel's anti-roll design is perfect for busy artists. The pens are odorless, use non-toxic inks or pigments, and are acid-free.

I use this product in drawing and what's great about the gray scale pens is that they'relike using an ink wash without having to mix and dilute the ink. Very convenient.
A Hand-Lettering Must Have!

These dual tip pens are perfect for hand lettering and also drawing. They blend easily with the blending pen and also with water. I bought these as a hand lettering beginner and they are so easy to use and come in 96 amazing colors!

Best gift to myself
from New York
I wanted the full set for so long and finally got them for Christmas. I was really surprised that Blicks even sent me for free the tombow carrying case! I love the pens. I have the zig clean color brush pens and the Tim Holtz distress markers which are both water based. However after reading reviews and watching you tube videos I gave these a try and I knew these were going to be my go to markers. I use them mostly for my card making. You can color them directly onto your stamps and then stamp your design onto your paper or just use them to color your already stamped designs. Sometimes I use my water brush with them to get a more watercolor effect. I love the dual tips and the variety of colors. They blend really well also. Just be sure if using them to do a lot of coloring to use a paper that was made to accept water based mediums for the best results.

The pen lasts for a very very long time. The tip remains sturdy and doesn't flatten and remains pointed so you can get into very small spaces. The only downside is using the online color chart which does not match the actual color. I would suggest going to a store to test the colors.
Smooth and colorful watercolor brush and pen sets
I used the sets to watercolor stamps, for my Christmas cards. After coloring the stamp with the brush, I stamped onto paper. After drying, I use glitter, and make them pop. People think I buy the cards, but when I say I made them they think it's a lot of work, but it's really not! They turn out so pretty.

Love them, they don't bleed through the paper.
Put All Your Weight On This Marker
By Ink Puddle Pat

I use the Tombow dual-side black marker to draw the panels on my comics. I can put as much pressure as I can on the marker as I drag it across the bristol board paper and the line stays true and keeps its edge and does not bleed. It is great. It is the only marker I use to draw comic panels.
Good for blending

I decided to try these, and at first, I didn't like them because they're water-based and tend to "pill" the paper, BUT the more I used them, the more I liked them. I especially like them for foliage and flowers as they blend well. I will definitely be adding more to my collection!

Tombow Red brings class notes to life
By Tony at STM
I use these markers to literally underscore the important part of a lecture. Brush side does not bleed through, so they are perfect for underlining reading, too. Downside: point is fragile. One "drop", missed cap, or, worse, putting the cap upside down, i.e. smashing the tip with the top of the cap, and the pen will lose it's beautiful razor-sharp point.
