Tombow Dual Brush Pens have two tips — a flexible brush tip and a fine-point, hard nylon tip. Both tips are fed from the same ink reservoir ensuring exact color match. Tombow's odorless waterbased inks blend to create any color desired.
With the flexible nylon fiber brush tip, you can achieve fine, medium, or boldbrush strokes simply by changing the pressure on the point. The resilient tip springs back to hold its shape, stroke after stroke.
With the hard nylon tip, you can create consistent lines, tight drawings, borders, copy markings, fine lettering, and more.
Tips can be dipped in water to create subtle color washes. They're ideal for use with rubber stamps.
Tombow Dual Brush Pens are 7¾" long (20 cm) with color-coded caps for quick selection. The brush nib and hard nib are at opposite ends, and the barrel's anti-roll design is perfect for busy artists. The pens are odorless, use no toxic inks or pigments, and are acid-free.

Fun Pens - I will buy some more colors
By Coloring Book Gail

Comments about Tombow Dual Brush Pen Sets:
I use the pens for coloring and they are a lot of fun. The variety of colors is great. They don't bleed through and you can cover large areas easily, yet also fill in the small areas.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love the markers - not as fond of the sets
from San Antonio, TX
I really love tombow markers and I have ones I purchased individually but I don't love the sets because there are repeats between most of them so you can't just buy one at a time and not end up repeating the colors you already have. So if reviewing the markers themselves - wonderful, love them! But the sets themselves - would prefer they go the route of others where the colors are unique to the set allowing people to acquire them slowly without duplication.

I use my set for both adult coloring and free style. Getting used to the ease at which the ink flows is a bit of a chore. Thats a me issue. Im quite surprised at how well these work on ordinary sketch paper. No bleeding of colors and they dont soak through. If you are new too pens you are going to get spoiled REALLY fast. Two minor objections..the fine point tip could use a finer taper and the pen stand is flimsy. The pen tote bag is obviousl6 designed by an artist. Every single bundle of pens pencils brushes has an easy storagesegment. Colors were great! Actually couldnt be happier.

Buying by sets makes the Blick great price even better. Great clear and vivid. Great choice of colors.

I am an adult coloring type of artist or as they call it creator. These markers work well with all coloring books I have used. They have the dual tip making small and large areas easy to navigate. I cannot think of anything not so great about these markers. Dick Block was best deal on internet for this set and it came very fast. Thank you for these pens.
Brush tips are quite soft, making fine lines or coloring in fine lines difficult with almost no chance of staying in be lines. The tip end is a lot wider than expected. I was hoping these markers would take the place of my Marvvy markers as they run out, but that is definitely not the case.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This is a good deal
I was looking for Marvy's LePlume markers and couldn't find them so I got these instead. They are basiclly the same thing with a few quality improvements. Improved caps - inside covers the tip better and outside has a tab so the pen wont roll of the table. Mine came with a rack to hold the markers ( which I love ) and a very good quality zippered tote case.I can't find anything bad to say about these markers, well, maybethey are a bit pricey .
They blend really well!!!!

I have been using copic and prismacolor markers. Because of the great deal I decided to purchase this set. The colors are vivid and due to the watery consistency they blend really well. I love using the brush tip for making lose strokes on paper for me these markers have been great for illustration. Due take caution when using them on bristol paper if you do use black ink to ink your drawing first because they do have a tendency to make the black ink bleed. They are great markers for the price and great quality.
Just try them

I love this marker! I usually paint watercolor flower but have recently started penning birds. Tomboy markers give a feeling of watercolor.they go with me everywhere.
Tombow brush pen set
They are nice to use on papercraft and other art projects. They work surprisingly well to color on newsprint paper. The color combinations are interesting. The desk stand is very convenient but can come apart easily if you try to pick it up to move it, I've reinforced the corner posts with some putty so they don't come out to easily. I know you can mix these on just about any plastic surface but I thought by getting the full set, it might have come with the Tombow mixing pallet. This is not a complaint, just an observation. Overall, it's a great set of watercolor based markers.
