Welcome to dickblick
This compact, versatile easel is the perfect solution for artists or families with limited space. It also makes a great workspace for kids who enjoy drawing and painting. Prop up on any table when you need it, then simply fold it up and hide it out of site when not in use.
This economical easel is varnished with a neutral elmwood finish that resists stains, and it extends up to a maximum height of 28" to adjust for varying canvas or paper sizes. It will support stretched canvases up to 24" tall. The support locks into place to secure your artwork.
A storage tray holds brushes, paint tubes, and other tools. Rubber feet on each leg prevent slippage on table tops and help the easel withstand robust brush strokes.
It measures 17" × 10" × 2" (43 cm × 25 cm × 5 cm) when folded.

Our art association bought several of these easels. We have a gallery at a mall and use the easels for our workshops. It is sturdy, easy to set up, and stores well.

May use variety sizes of paper and it is sturdy with suction so they do not move or slip away from painter. For the price...it is right!

I love this little easel -- it's a marvel of engineering, is light weight, and easily adjusts to hold a variety of canvases.

I have been using these easels for group painting classes and they are perfect! Very sturdy and east to use. They fit relatively large canvases. But they are not really set up for paper unless it is on a sketch pad.I would highly recommend this product!

Very solid. I was surprised how well this was made.

This tabletop easel is very sturdy and attractive. I have another wooden easel, for which I paid almost the same amount, and it doesn't compare. This easel has a lovely knob to adjust the height and the distance you want to adjust the rear leg. This means you have a greater choice for setting the angle of your canvas. It is very solid and looks handsome on my desk.
Sterdy and strong it is

Excellent Easel Solid Legs but Laminate Backing.
By Tim The Painter
from Maui Hawaii
I do love these easels I have bought three....Sturdy and very balanced for table top use. I will say they are not totally solid. The legs are solid wood, but The back board is made of a laminate. They still sturdy enough and much lighter if the backing were made of solid Beechwood, which I thought I was getting. Hence the 4 stars. Still an excellent value, and I would recommend this product to my students!
