From the front, Swiss Corner Clips look the same as Swiss Clips. The spring-loaded arms of these stainless steel corners hold any size or shape of glass, picture, mat and backing, mat board, foamboard, masonite, etc. up to 3/8" (10 mm) thick and up to 30" × 30" (76 cm × 76 cm).
The system, which uses a nylon cord (provided) to pull the corners together, supports up to 60 lbs. A hanger bracket is also included.

great framing device!

Comments about Swiss Corner Clips:
Follow the directions that come with the clips. They are super easy to use and a very affordable way to get things that are not standard sizes framed quickly. The clips seem flimsy at first but they are actually quite sturdy.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Just the thing!
from Nampa, Idaho
I used these to display a series of 8 20"x30" paintings on poster board with 3/8" masonite backing. The hooks are very strong and study, the look was clean and professional, and it was a whole lot cheaper than framing.

Great...with some caveats
from Raleigh NC
I used these to hang some inexpensive posters in my daughter's room. Love the clean look...but beware, the cording will not be enough to accommodate 30x30 or 24x36...or anything with 120" perimeter. I had to buy my own cording to get enough to do the job. Larger jobs also tend to have gaps or bowing between the work and the glass on the long side...this will require using regular side clips as well. Additionally, there is a lot of tilt once hung (I used glass, not acrylic...but don't think that matters). I resolved this by adding a foam core block and velcro to the back top edge to make them more parallel with the wall. So, after a lot of trouble shooting, adjustment and "rigging"...they look great.

Worked for me!
I tried Swiss clips for the first time to present an exhibit of drawings without the price of frames. They worked very well for me. They are easier to use with glass than plexiglass. If plexiglass is used be sure to use a rigid back board or a thicker plexiglass paying attention to the amount of space you have in the clip. Now I have used them I will probably use them again. I tried a substitute (another brand) and they were nowhere near as good as these. The only tricky part for me was having to take them off a piece with a foam core backboard. Best done with a dull kitchen knife to ease the back spring corner off the board. Do-able but took a minute or two figure out this was my best option. And make sure you mark top on the back of your piece!

Quick & easy, no hassle framing
from The Art Room
Super for mounting protective cover over work for quick less than permanent hanging. The clips are great. I would give it 5 stars if it included a better hanging devise.
