The Studio Designs Folding Craft Station is a portable alternative for those who are short on space for their crafting table.
Constructed of heavy-gauge steel for durability, the Folding Craft Station's folding legs make it a breeze to set up and put away. It features a 36"W × 25"D white top or a tempered safety glass top that can be converted to a light table. The tabletop adjusts from 0–35°. Four floor levelers add stability.
Four removable side trays are great for storing pencils, pens, and other small tools and supplies. The table also has a slide-up pencil ledge.
With the trays, the Folding Craft Station measures 30"H × 42"W × 25"D. It is preassembled, and sets up in five minutes or less. No tools are required.

Quality Product for a reasonable price!

Comments about Studio Designs Folding Craft Station:
This drawing table is a beautiful piece of equipment for the price. I ordered the model with the blue glass top and it looks so rich. The weight of the table makes it very stable. Love the pencil/supply trays that are located on each side of the top. The top adjusts to numerous angles. I would highly recommend this product.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Modern, Sturdy, and Slides Easily
By Rebekah C

I bought the folding craft station for a place to finally create my art, which helped to finally relieve my computer desk from ink and paint stains everywhere. The only problem that I had while looking for a arts and crafts station was the ability to bring it up and down as needed. I have a very small bedroom that doubles as my art zone. Luckily, I found this station. In my case, I found that I just slide the workstation across the floor by grasping the upper legs firmly and shifting it over my laminate flooring whenever I need to get into my closet door. Moving the table is very nice, because it simply glides across the floor without scratching it in the slightest. There are special feet that were attached to the table even out of the box that prevent floor distress when it is slid. This does NOT mean that the table is flimsy and light. On the contrary, it is quite sturdy, the glass is quite heavy, and I've erased entire lines of my pages very roughly on top of this table without much of a wiggle. The glass is also conducive to my needs since I use lots of ink and watercolors. These kinds of media tend to bleed through, so the glass table top is really a perfect WIN! It cleans easily. Also, this table matches with the decor in my room, which was a plus. I WAS worried about the blue glass, because my room is designed with a warm color scheme. However, this glass is very neutral blue and seems to look clear against the lighting in my room. I hardly notice it's blue at all.My only negative find about this table is the sliding shelf that holds the paper, canvas, or board when the table is elevated. It tends to retract far too easily, and my art piece falls into my lap. I still rank the table with five stars however, because I'm sure I will find a fix to this problem.Bottom line, this table is a fantastic price on Blick and it is worth every penny. I love drawing my art on it, and look forward to using it for many years to come.#sweepstakes

My Art Zone with the New Folding Craft Station
"I would definitely recommend this product"
from Maui, Hawaii
This drafting table was easy to assemble. It looks really nice and fits into my studio with its sleek look. I love the fact it can be easily folded away if space is needed. It's functional for deigning my projects, especially with the ability to tilt to various angles. My one complaint is the flimsy plastic side pencil holders but they are like an optional item and I do not use them anyway. All in all I'm one happy Blick customer! The price and discount were a real deal. More than I expected!

THis is the best purchase I have made for 2016! Fits comfortably in my room,. and I use it all the time! Love the angle feature-I can adjust the table height to fit my needs, from drawing to painting! Love this product-but then it came from Dick Blick, so I always love their products! Thanks!

i just set this up, so can't comment on the longevity of it. this table is very stable, and a piece of cake to set up, except - as has been said, the cross bar that locks the legs is impossible to push into place with your hands. i wrapped the section in some of the foam packing material and gave both ends a solid whack with a hammer, and that worked fine, without any damage to the crossbar. the little side trays are ingeniously attached, and easy to remove. i do watercolor, and knew that i would have to work small with a table this size. a half sheet used vertically seems to be as big as i'll be able to go, when i include my standard size palette, water container, brushes and wipe rags. for the price i can't imagine a better table in this category.
Exactly What I Needed
By Director of an Art Academy

As the director of an art academy, I needed quality artist desks that were also portable and compact.Pros: Great price point. Light weight for portability. Legs fold to collapse the desk flat for storage. Great size at 36"x24". Catch lip for when the desk is angled, which can be retracted to create a completely flat surface when working flat. Side trays to hold all types of art supplies. Great durable surface for student usage.Cons: The plastic lips on the side which the trays attach to are only secured into the bottom of the desk top (particle board) with a small screw. Several popped out from the very moderate pressure of pushing down the trays. The cross bar which secures the legs in place takes a little bit of muscles to push into place and to remove.

Great table, challenge to assemble
By Alexa H.
from New Orleans
I use this as a drawing table at an angle and I use it flat for encaustics and paint pouring. Love the look of it -- I got the glass one and it looks really sleek and expensive. It's sturdy and built to last. I love that it folds flat for storage and transportation BUT it is incredibly difficult to snap the legs together! I put all my weight on it and it still wouldn't clip in so my boyfriend had to do it. It still took him several tries. Hopefully they'll get a little looser over time so it won't be so difficult -- I definitely couldn't assemble it on my own! Wish the side trays weren't such a cheap, flimsy plastic, but otherwise very pleased with this product.
Great Portable Drafting Table
This is an extremely good drafting table and is one of the easiest to build just four little screws, attach the trays (Please note that you can be pretty firm knocking the trays into place) then you're ready to go. Perfect for small spaces or anyone that likes the idea of "hiding away" their work space. It's also great for anyone that may be moving.

I like that it folds up. Very little assembly required.
