Good notebook, even for not its intended purpose
from New York
I bought this to use with gouache, knowing that it isn't meant for wet media. There is an expected (but for my purpose, acceptable) amount of warping/buckling.The cover is really soft and nice, and the pages are great for pen (the other media I have used in it). So far, really happy.

the book is a bit smaller then i expected, but its great, it lightweight and the pages dont tear easily, the material of the pages are smooth yet rough and easy to erase off. my white pen and black Micron pen works beautifully with it
I never imagined it would be this great

I would used this product when I thought of quick sketches of the start of my short story. the most greatest things about my product is its traveled-sized, it doesn't make my bag heavy, but just flatter. Also, this product doesn't give me paper cuts at all with its soft paper and cover.

I love it!
By Artistic Allie

I love this sketchbook! I bought it just in time to use it for Inktober, and it was my first time using gray-toned paper. I love the size, it's compact and I can carry it anywhere. The gray is a perfect shade for using gray markers, white pens, white colored pencils, and most colored markers/pencils look great on it too. The only drawback is that, though I like the soft cover, it can get scratched and dinged up easily, so I have to be careful when handling it. That's a minor issue though. Overall, I'm very very pleased with the product, and I'll probably buy another when this one is used up.
ink doesnt bleed through
By sarah grace

I use this sketchbook for my zentangle drawings with black and white pens. The ink doesnt bleed through the page; the only evidence of drawings on the previous page is the indentation of the pen on the paper. The cost: I can find this exact sketchbook elsewhere for double the price found here on Blick. Of course, the spiral bound toned notebooks are cheaper, so it depends on what you need. I personally wanted a book bound sketchbook. In my opinion, this sketchbook could be improved by adding a ribbon bookmark.
