The biggest movement in art is very small. Strathmore’s best selling fine art papers are now available in official Artist Trading Card size so artists can create, swap, and collect art around the world.
It is a great way to meet other artists, share creations, and build unique collections. The only official rule is the trading card size, which must be 2½" × 3½" (64 mm × 89 mm).
Strathmore makes it easy. Precision-cut for a clean surface, these convenient cards are available for a range of media, including drawing, watercolor, acrylic, oils, and mixed media collage.
Envelopes are also available in the perfect size to hold and protect individual trading cards. Each envelope measures 3" × 4" (76 mm × 102 mm).
Artist Trading Card Frame Cards
These are a great way to display or send trading cards. Essentially a white tri-fold card with a cutout window, each frame accepts a standard size Artist Trading Card (2-1/4" × 3-1/4" opening), which slides easily into the pocket. Each package includes six frames, which measure 3-1/2" × 4-7/8" (89 mm × 124 mm). Packages also contain six envelopes, measuring 3-5/8" × 5-1/8" (92 mm × 130 mm) and six polypropylene sleeves, measuring 3" × 4-1/2" (76 mm × 114 mm).
Artist Trading Card Vinyl Sleeves
Protect and store your distinctive trading cards with these top-loading sleeves constructed of clear, rigid vinyl. The sleeves are available in convenient five packs. Each sleeve measures 3" × 4½" (76 mm × 114 mm).
This package contains 2 sheets each of Smooth Bristol, Vellum Bristol, Canvas paper, Textured paper, and Watercolor paper. It also contains a single sheet each of Illustration Board and Acrylic paper.

Strathmore Products are the Best!
from Tumwater, Washington
Comments about Strathmore Artist Trading Cards:
I primarily do art journaling. However, sometimes, I don't have the time or the inspiration to work in a large journal--too much "real estate" to paint. This is where the Strathmore ATCs come in. The paper is heavy enough to accept wet media without getting saturated or warped. It will be a joy to be able to frame some of my work, or put it into one of the plastic sleeves for safekeeping, or even send them off as gifts in the envelopes included in this pack.Again, with Strathmore products, you can never go wrong.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Perfect size to fit into trading card holders.
My Go To Artist Trading Card Paper!
I've tried the other type of artist trading cards that Strathmore offers, but my favorite ones are these watercolor versions! They take water very well, and won't bent or pill, if you allow drying time between layers. They are inexpensive, and I use them for my watercolor practice and for my youtube videos. The price for these are better here than anywhere else as well, which is a plus! I would definitely keep using this product as long as they are available.

I use these with all sorts of medium... Encaustic, oil pastel, chalk pastel and even spray paint. Sometimes I use a texture medium beneath the spray paint...also sometimes I use chalk pastel over the spray paint and then fix it with a high gloss clear spray coat. They are terrific and have a wonderful texture that takes any paint or panels and even colored pencils and colored pens vibrantly and well.
So much Fun!

Strathmore 500 illustration board Artist Sketch Cards are nice and thick while still fitting into hard trading card click cases. Perfect for selling original artwork in a fun and easily portable package. The envelopes and sleeves are great for direct sales and gifts though I would not ship them to a buyer without more protection. Perfect for use with pen and ink, illustration markers, water color and light gouache.

I use the cards to draw my own trading cards, they are very successful at my art shows and I constantly get asked for more. I use them with all types of mediums and they're very durable. I highly recommend them.

Artist Trading Cards (ATC) are miniature pieces of art that are traded around the world. Strathmore's Artist Trading Cards are made from the same papers artists use for their full sized art cut to the official 2.5"×3.5" size. This gives ATC artists all the performance benefits of high quality paper, now with pre-cut convenience.
