Nice quality, sturdy paper. Will take erasures well. You do have to worry about smudging the drawing if you use pencil, but other than that, it's great stuff! Recommended.

I got the 8"x10" from my local art store and I draw a lot of manga and it was basically $8 for one, but here I can get four for nearly the same price. My favorite paper of all time.

I have acquired at least one of each type of paper depending on the medium it requires and I could not have been more satisfied with the overall results of my drawings. The pigments are held and kept intact while the overall quality of the paper is undeniable. It feels so handcrafted it inspires my work even before it makes its way to the paper. Bravo!!!

I first got interested in this one pad when my mom, who is an artist also, bought one in January of 2010, (last year), and started on her first drawing. One of the things that I love about this paper is that it is not solid white; it has a sort of vintage yellow tint that is of perfect use for anything, as long as it is graphite, charcoal, pen, or ink. It might not get any better than this. Also, the tooth is very strong, and therefore easy to use. If anyone reads this, I hope that they will follow what I have said and buy it!

I have used Strathmore for years and I really love how not matter what media I use it just flows so nicely onto the paper. The only thing I wish is that they put more sheets in the drawing pads.

On the good side, I was able to achieve some nice, rich darks with pencil or charcoal on this paper. The creamish color is nice.

What I dislike about this paper is its annoying habit of streaking (my term). For instance, if I draw a line, say the outline of a portrait, and draw over it again to re-emphasize it (for example after it fades from blending), the paper creates a white streak that cannot be drawn over. In other words, it essentially tears at the line. This does not happen to me with other papers (except cheap ones).

I've been able to create some pretty impressive drawings with this paper, but I will not buy it again due to the streaking.

This paper is of very good quality. I like the fact that it is cream colored and has just a bit of tooth. It takes graphite and charcoal well. I would like to see this particular product in sketch book form with hard covers and at least two or three different sizes with the same cream colored paper.
