Stonehenge is a traditional fine art paper with a smooth, flawless surface that is slightly mottled to resemble actual vellum. Use it for watercolor, printmaking, pen-and-ink, pencil, or pastel.
Stonehenge is machine-made in the United States, from 100% cotton fibers. It's acid-free. Each sheet has two deckle edges. Sheets are available in either a 90 lb (250 gsm) or 120 lb (320 gsm) weight, and in a variety of colors and sheet sizes.
Stonehenge is also available in 50" × 10 yd (1.3 m × 9.1 m) rolls, so you can choose your own size.
Color Chart Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.
Handling Charge — When ordering sheets of paper or board larger than 18” x 24” in quantities of less than 10, a $3.00 per order handling fee applies. Paper or boards may be assorted to reach the quantity of 10.

Stonehenge for Screenprinting
Durable and strong for screen printing. I use the white stock for excellent contrast.
Great Durable Work Horse of a Paper
I am a colored pencil instructor and have used Stonehenge Antique White Vellum paper for decades, both for myself and for students. By far the most durable and forgiving (easier to lift or 'erase') paper, it has one down side, which is the fact that it contains unseen 'scratch' marks that show up when you layer. It take a pointed pencil to get rid of them, so if you have a light fine touch, you might want to try Fabriano or something else.
stongehenge kraft colored paper
from Mamaroneck, NY
Always buy stonehenge paper for my monotypes. I recently decided to buy the Kraft paper. I love it. I used it immediately and love the way my print looked. I create mostly portraits. The paper held up well after soaking. Stonehenge printing paper is quality at a reasonable price.

Nice sturdy paper with smooth surface, and lovely color choices. Great for drawing.
The paper to use!

I've used this paper for 30 years. I like the fact that it does well with graphite and color pencils. And, it allows you to choose the texture you want, too.
I will buy this product every time!
I use this paper for graphite pencil, and color pencil drawings. I like the fact that one can use either side: one side is smoother than the other.
Great paper for many media types!
By Teal Newcomb
This is a great paper at a great price. Excellent for graphite and many other dry media, I enjoy using it for my watercolor paintings as well. The tinted papers add depth to my colors, and I like the textures the paper produces, though it's certainly not for those who prefer a clean wash of color. It's quite delicate though, so I stay away from using masking fluid or erasing too much.

I use Stonehenge for calligraphy. It takes gouache, ink and watercolor wonderfully. I often recommend Stonehenge to my students. I love using black Stonehenge with gouache. It is a lot of fun to watch my letters pop. Give it a try.

A goo basic printmaking or drawing paper, tough enough for collographs. Surface is not as exciting as some papers, so it doesn't dominate. Too heavy for artist's book pages.
