Stonehenge is a traditional fine art paper with a smooth, flawless surface that is slightly mottled to resemble actual vellum. Use it for watercolor, printmaking, pen-and-ink, pencil, or pastel.
Stonehenge is machine-made in the United States, from 100% cotton fibers. It's acid-free. Each sheet has two deckle edges. Sheets are available in either a 90 lb (250 gsm) or 120 lb (320 gsm) weight, and in a variety of colors and sheet sizes.
Stonehenge is also available in 50" × 10 yd (1.3 m × 9.1 m) rolls, so you can choose your own size.
Color Chart Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials.
Handling Charge — When ordering sheets of paper or board larger than 18” x 24” in quantities of less than 10, a $3.00 per order handling fee applies. Paper or boards may be assorted to reach the quantity of 10.

My "Go To" paper for colored pencil
from San Antonio, Texas
Comments about Stonehenge Paper:
Stonehenge paper has just enough tooth and variety of neutral colors to be my standard for designing colored pencil pieces. Dick Blick's packaging keeps it flat for safe shipping and my storage as well!

An Excellent Printing Paper
from Williamsburg, VA
I needed black background paper for one of my recent print editions. Stonehedge is much thicker than most papers used for relief printing. It is thick enough to also use for etching. Absorbs the ink very well. I do multi-color linocuts and need to put several layers of ink for all the colors needed. Also, good that it is 100% rag for archival purposes. Blick, as always, does an excellent job packaging the paper for delivery.
Good quality-cost relationship
from Montevideo, Uruguay
We know that it is not the best brand for etching, but it is a very good option when we have limited budget. I would like to buy other brands but their prices are impossible for me. This is cheaper and it has good quality. It is the best option I find in order to achieve a balance between quality and cost.

Dependable product, beautiful papers

As a printmaker I burn through stacks of paper. That paper is always stonehenge because it is a quality product. It has a nice weight, takes ink wonderfully, tears down easily and presents well.

I appreciate how carefully this paper is boxed and shipped. It always arrives in its pristine shape, including the deckled edge.
I was impressed with the paper! I am pleased with my purchase and plan to buy more when I run out!
