Comments about Speedball Soft Rubber Brayers:
I use a soft Breyer to apply paint to my journal pages every day and this line of Speedball soft brayers work perfectly to give a distressed effect. They clean up easily and come in a range of sizes. All in all a wonderful product!

these work way better than hard rubber brayers

After purchasing another brand of rubber brayer that I was not very satisfied with. I decided to give these a go. I needed more brayers anyway, and I am very satisfied. The price is good, the quality is what I was looking for, they apply a really nice even coat to my linocuts. I've had far more success using these brayers than the other one I purchased. Also, they're fairly easy to clean. I'd give it 5 stars if the rubber rollers were removeable for easier cleaning.
Speedball brayers set a world standard for this kind of tool

I use these brayers to ink the color woodcuts I make. The roller is just soft enough to no the woodblock well.
I use the speedball brayer with oil paints mixed with a cold wax medium. It picks up the paint mixture easily and applies it smoothly.

I love these brayers! They're so sturdy and roll easily and last for years. I've had some like them for 15 years and added these because I'm now having others come to my studio to make prints and needed a few more. My old ones still work well and clean up great. I like the metal structure and the way they feel in my hand. Great for small mono prints or to use as a painting tool too!

Our production uses this Brayer for smoothing out masking on different types of surfaces. These work great for the job. Been using these for years. We buy these in all sizes provided on Dick Blick and having options on sizes is fantastic, gives us the option of masking different materials, shapes, sizes, etc.
