I am very disappointed after buying the "Super All-in-One Value" fabric screenprinting kit. This kit claims to have everything a beginner needs to start screenprinting. Well, it does not. The instruction booklet immediately refers to hinges, a wooden base with kickstand, a nylon brush, incandescent lightbulbs, and a photo reflector, to mention a few items. The kit contains none of these. I hoped to start right away, but now will have to spend a LOT more money and time to even get to a starting point. The clerk at the art store wasn't familiar with this kit, and I wish she had been, because if she'd told me how incomplete it was, I wouldn't have bought it. MISLEADING PRODUCT!

Easy to use right out of the box... but I must admit that I have only done the paper template, havnt done the more dificult patterns yet. But... so glad I did not sink all my money into the Yudu!

Fun and very easy to use, grade A product!

This kit is pretty easy to use, but I could not get decent images for the life of me until I was told by an artist that my "squeegee" (a piece of plastic) was not good enough. I went out and spent $15 for a squeegee at an art supply store and all of a sudden my images looked so professional! The one I was using was the fabric paint one. I never did have any success with the photo emulsion. I wonder if I would have been better to just set it in the sun? The screen cleaner doesn't work very well. I ended up just throwing out the screen and replacing it with nylon from the fabric store. It worked well enough for fabrics, but I doubt I'd get away with that for prints on paper (more detail, smaller mesh). Overall, good quality for a novice screen printer.

I gave this product an average rating because I haven't actually used it yet. I'm writing this review becuase either A) I can't read or B) the description mislead me and was not thorough. The reason I bought this kit was to print on t-shirts but when I opened my kit I found out that it comes with ink not suitable for fabric. :( Then, I read the manual and turns out the kit isn't even complete. You will have to go out and buy more stuff in order to use this kit.
So if you are looking to print on fabric be sure to get the fabric printing kit! It's cheaper anyway! As far not being a complete kit, I think that's pretty common amoung so-called "starter kits". I'm not angry, just disappointed. And I wish someone had written this same review so I would have known before I bought the wrong kit! Or, I wish I knew how to read.
