Our company uses the florescent screen printing ink to advertise in clubs and black light environments. It makes product adds pop when seen. Down fall is works best on poly blends.

The colors are vibrant and dry quickly. Also, clean up is very easy.
A reliably average screen printing ink with pros and cons
Doesn't dry in too quickly, but kind of chalky and thick, it sticks to the squeegee so you have to work with a ton of it in the screen. The finish is so matte that it scratches and gets marked up very easily if there are large areas of color. Not for all applications, but its easy availability and affordable price make it a fine middle-of-the-road screen printing ink for flat stock.
