The Diazo photo emulsion works very well, and is easy to expose at home with a simple clamp light and 150 watt bulb. HOWEVER, it is virtually impossible to get this stuff out of your screen when you are ready to reclaim the screen at the end of the process. The Diazo remover doesn't remove more than about 50% of the emulsion, leaving you with a permanent stencil that is impossible to remove. Unless you want to only use your screen once, DO NOT USE THIS STUFF as it just never comes out. I even tried bleach, and it still stayed stuck in the screen.

I have made 3 screens-I think I do not have the processing time down yet. Latest screen %80 of screen washed out fine, but one word did not wash out at all......I am using the sun and do 2-3 minutes per directions I have read about....Will keep trying as I am very interested in getting it right. Also first time I did not put on thick enough and could see many holes when put up in the light.

This product works exactly as it's supposed to. If you are trying to get serious about screen printing though you would want to look into different emulsions for specific things. I know the pink emulsion is my favorite. I use it for clothing only though. Anyways, this product is great and the price couldn't be better. A little tip though, someone said that you need to use it quickly because of shelf life, but if you put it in a ziploc bag and keep it in the fridge, it lasts a lot longer. Also, blick provides UNION ink which is simply the best. Good going on your quality products BLICK! That's what you get when the store is actually run by artists. Rock on!

I am from belgium and I wondered how many small bottles I need (to sensitize) when I buy the larger bottle of emulsion... I'm not familiar with terms like oz and and so on. Can someone help me please I tried to find a shop that sells these things over here but without any succes.

I used this to replace the Yudu emulsion sheets. This is a fantastic replacement. Washed screen over and over again and the emulsion didn't deteriorate. Would have never been able to do this with the Yudu Emulsion sheets.

This product is a great cheap alternative to emulsion sheets you tend to pay $10 per sheet but with this product you can make ATLEAST 10 screens up for the price of 2 a note to remember when rinsing the screen to reveal the stensil DO NOT RUB HARD or your stensil will mess up I had to learn this on my own its better to take a sprayer hose and spray it out then very very gently run your finger over it. Bottom line this is a great product! I am includng a look at some shirts I was able to design with this product.

A great product to use for screen printing. Don't be afraid to try this if you never have used a liquid emulsion. Follow the directions and you will be whipping out prints in no time!

This is a Great Product. It is very easy to both use and clean up. Compared to the other products that I have used, this by far is the easiest. I can always depend on Diazo liquid emulsion to turn out great on the screens. Thanks Blick OORAHH!!!
