I'm very happy that I bought this product. The coils are gentle on the brushes and clean them pretty well, and the sediment from the paint sinks down to the bottom, so you end up saving a lot of thinner. I haven't tried the cleaning fluid yet, but may in the future.

Bought two of these tanks, one for acrylics (water cleaner) and the other for oils. Use Silicoil solvent for the oils, works great.
Would like to see the jar a couple inches taller.
I can recommend this product.

I use this jar and the silicoil fluid to clean my oil paint brushes.
Never seen anything that removed oil paints from a brush faster and I like the coil in the jar, doesn't grab or pull the bristles.
Would like to see the jar a couple of inches taller, need to prop the longer brushes against something.
I'd recommend this.

This worked fine for a few months, then for some reason it started leaking. It's fine for use at home but cannot be taken with you. It seems that there should be a gasket or washer to make the plastic lid seal tightly against the glass jar. I'm going back to using a plastic peanut butter jar like I used before purchasing this. At least it doesn't leak all over.

I had a Silicoil brush cleaning tank years ago (it got lost along the way) and I was so happy to find it on your website. Now that I've retired, I'm getting back into painting and love it! I bought two Silicoils--one for oils and one for acrylics.

I tested it out on a fistful of brushes that had dried on oil paint. I was surprised to find all of the brushes conditioned & restored to usable state just from a good soaking. (sorry don't recall how long I left them in but over an hour at least). I think it's a bargain.

Nice idea, the coils could be just a bit smaller for easier removal when cleaning.
The biggest problem for me is that it leaks when traveling. Needs a better lid design

Finally found my brush cleaning system. I tried the Rinse Well and others, and this is by far for ME! It feels delicate on my sable brushes, and yet cleans fantastically. My biggest pro is that the paint GOOP settles to the bottom and even if you container is "coffee", you are washing your brush in cleaner coffee and not in coffee sludge :) Also, you can use this for light travel - it is quite watertight when full. I have not tested it rigourously yet, but it appears watertight.

This product works better than anything I've used for cleaning brushes. The coil inside provides a surface for cleaning the brush that also allows for the paint to fall to the bottom of the container, so you never have to "clean" a brush in paint goop. Also, the coil helps to open up the bristles, so the brush gets even cleaner than it would otherwise. I recommend this highly.
