An efficient clay processor for all levels of ceramic production, the PMX-060 combines dry and wet blending, pugging, and recycling of scraps and greenware in a single heavy-duty machine — the most affordable complete clay processing machine on the market.

The PMX-060’s powerful 2HP, 250W single-phase motor is capable of blending dry or wet mixes at a rate of 300 lb (136 kg) per hour, and extruding clay at a rate of 1200 lb (544 kg) per hour, both in 60–85 lb (27–38 kg) batches. Its heavy-duty die-cast aluminum body is extremely durable, resists corrosion, and prevents contamination of the clay body, making it ideal for school and professional use.

Features include a 3" diameter nozzle, a single stainless steel auger with a non-corrosive surface for seamlessly moving clay through the barrel, an easy disassembly bolt system for removal of the barrel top for cleaning purposes, and 4" casters for portability.

Safety features include a large 8" × 8" hopper with a safety lock system that prevents access to the mixing chamber during high-volume mixing, and an easily accessible control panel with an emergency stop button.
