I had planned to use this with my elementary school classes. I found that even with a scratch stick it was difficult to remove the paint. It was a good weight and size but I thought it would be very difficult for my students to work with. If anyone has any suggestions I would welcome them.

The scratch paper wasn't the same as I had used before, however, it is fun to work with! It provides nice details in my work.

I purchased this product for a youth project for Vacation Bible School. The kids took the project and ran with it. You should see some of the great pieces they completed. We had the projects judged on a 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners but the judges had a really hard time. Thank you that we received great quality art supplies and that we got them on the expected date of dilevary.

I do designs for our Churchs Advent and Lenten booklets.
This lends itself, to dramatic illustrations.
So far, I have not experienced any problems. I like the product very much.

Compared to most scratchboards that are inexpensive, this particular choice worked well in an amateur class. Also easy to cut into smaller pieces.

this scratch board doesn't respond to everyday items like tacks or paperclip points. i had to buy special "scratch board tools" for my students to be able to use it. also the backing was weak, and if it were scratched too hard, it would rip and tear.
