We have been using this hair chalk in my studio for hair chalking and it's really working well. You do have to wear gloves and cover under the area where it's being applied or else there will be chalk on your hands and on the clients clothing. Really gives the hair a pop,we have beein using different color on different strands of hair. Works on all hair color. Very happy with this product!

Great little starter set and loved the thrown in paper. The only complaint is that the set included orange deep instead of the advertised reddish violet. Even the picture shows the orange and not the reddish violet. As a result, I ended up ordering another orange deep out of open stock so I will now have two and still don't have the red violet. Not a big deal but something that Blick might look at fixing for the future.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
