This calligraphy pen with a flat nib allows you to produce beautiful lettering with very little practice.

Pen Touch comes in brilliant opaque metallic gold or silver ink, which dries quickly on paper, and is permanent on most surfaces, including plastic, wood, glass, and metal.

The medium point produces a 5 mm line, with a fiber nib cut into a rectangular block. The fine point makes a 1.8 mm line, with a nib made from a special plastic so that it will not split or fray. The pens are xylene-free and low in odor.

I had a pen that wrote in Silver a long time ago and have not found one to replace it anywhere until now. I got both a gold and a silver and an extra gold and silver for my granddaughter who is just starting out in calligraphy. I will be checking your site for more items in the future. I also heard that you have a store in the St. Louis area so I will probably go brousing there soon. I already had tried to find what I needed at Art Mart but they didn't carry that much like you do.

The gold and silver pens arrived the other day, and within 24 hours of light use both are essentially unusable...I learned this in the worst sense after an attempt at fine detail highlighting with the gold pen turned quickly to horrible crisis (i.e. leaking ink). My personal investment in their Micron pens alone has probably provided at least one Sakura exec a comfortable year-end bonus, so I really am unhappy with these metallic pens. For calligraphy, it seems, my brand loyalties will have to lie elsewhere.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
