I bought this set as a present for my personal care aide who comes in weekly to clean my house. She loves to draw and I thought this would be a token of my appreciation for all she does for me. The name 'glaze' is not what I thought these gel pens would be. To me glaze means a see through color. These colors are beautiful. My aide drew me a little picture and it was outstanding. What an exceptional product, great value and ease in ordering. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

i was hesitant at first to purchase these because of mixed reviews, but i decided to find out for myself. After all, Sakura has never let me down in the 12+ years of using their products. i'm glad i bought them! in my personal experience, they have lasted adequately, and i use them often. they make lovely effects over the souffle' pens. i already use those for detailing eyes, and these pens make eyes look even better. i have also used them for labeling my little boy's sunglasses and aluminum water bottle, among other things, which he takes to school everyday. the ink has not come off, even though the water bottle gets washed daily.
Remember that these are best for non-porous surfaces, and will not puff up on regular paper. (unless used over something like souffle' pens or paint marker)they have a beautifil translucent, shiny look when dried. i find myself using them all the time for taking notes or even writing my grocery list, just because they're so fun to look at! i have never used a pen with these qualities before. i will definitely be purchasing hese again and again!

I used the product very briefly drawing on a foil paper. While the product works very well, there is one problem. The product is already running out after working on just one page. I find it a terrible reflection on the Sakura company, not on your company. There is a outer-tube in the pen measuring four and a quarter inches, but contains a three-inch tube that actually contains the ink. And even worse than that, after one use I have used over one-half inch of ink. Pretty small bang for your buck.
