Arnold Lowrey has been painting in a variety of media for more than 25 years. His motivation has been the use of light in painting, but he now experiments more with color and texture. His seascapes are especially vibrant and full of movement. Lowrey also likes painting still lifes, landscapes, portraits, and abstracts. He exhibits his paintings in Wales and London, holds regular weekend workshops and weekly painting courses, residential watercolor courses, and demonstrations for art societies. He is also a painting demonstrator for several art material suppliers.
