Great markers for both beginners and pro artists!
By M. O.
I draw more than ten years with color pencils and recently I interested in marker drawing. This product is my first marker choice and I think it works very fine. I bought 24 colors set and buy individual colors as I need. The color appears differently depends on paper type. Shinny paper shows the ink mark more lightly than mat paper like Bristol boards. Usually it's darker than the product's color samples.

Great affordable brush tip markers!
from Central, NJ
The Prismacolor brand of alcohol-based brush tip markers are a great and affordable alternative to the more popular Copic brand of markers. I've used both and they seem quite comparable. The only downside is that the Prismacolor markers aren't refillable. But they last a long time and if you don't treat them roughly the foam tips will retain their shape. Overall they're just a great, solid value for anyone looking to get a set of brush tip markers. I always recommend them to people who feel like Copics are too expensive.
Would buy again

These markers are a good alternative to Copic markers, come with a nice color range, and I appreciate the different tips of the marker. The only thing I'd change is how spongey the tips are.
I really love it, it's like painting your picture afterwards
Only use on wider parts, use the hard tips or the thin portions.
Next best thing to a Paintbrush

Something Different in a cool way
By The Metric System
from Cheeseland, Wisconsin
This marker has 2 sides, one side is a fine point tip with enough girth to it to fill in large areas as needed, if you need a finer tip you should use pens. The brush side is really cool, it's not individual bristles like a paint brush, but beyond that, it moves a lot like a paint brush. It's ability to fill in an area fast and in a controlled manner is wonderful. It saturated the area without as many passes as a chisel tip.
Still adding to my collection of Prismacolor Art markers
These markers are give the smoothest coverage that I have everused. The variety of colors is great and they are perfect in every way.
Vibrant and great value!
from Romulus, MI
I have a decent collection of these and use them daily. They last well and a great marker! A good call for those unable to obtain Copic markers.

*Love* these markers.
from Oceanside, CA
I adore these markers. The brush tip has a really nice point and allows me to fill in areas with little or no streaking. The colors are great, but be forewarned they do not necessarily correspond accurately with the name of the color or the color swatches. For example "Neon Blue" is the best match if you're looking for turquoise. They work great with a permanent marker, as the permanent marker will not bleed or contaminate the Prismacolor markers. I also like the clear blender, it can create a nice watercolor effect when used on a solid background.
