Good blending- insufficient color range

Comments about Prismacolor Premier Double-Ended Chisel Tip Art Marker Sets:
All around, pretty okay. The only issue I had was that in the set of 48 I bought, there wasn't a single grey nor light peach marker, most of the color choices were very similar to each other.(Also something to be aware of is that the markers have a very strong smell, like all alcohol based markers.)
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use Prisma Color Markers for drawing. They are the best. I found them here at your site on sale and with free shipping!! I was able to buy twice the amount of markers for the same price as markers found at Michaels Crafts and they are expensive markers! That is a very big deal for me so I told three of my friends who also use the markers. When you find a great deal you share it with friends!

Used as a companion to my alcohol ink paintings. Love the array of colors. Some caps are very difficult to get off. Overall, a great product.

Excellent product for drawing, highlighting, or just coloring in with.
What a great blending marker!
I purchased the Prismacolor Double Ended Colorless Blender. I had been doing coloring projects using grayscale artwork. Everywhere I saw while doing research in preparation for trying grayscale coloring said to use Vaseline as your blender since blending sticks are too rough on grayscale paper and it worked fine. Using Vaseline made things a bit greasy, so I decided to try a blending marker instead. I mostly use Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils and am in love with their outstanding abilities so I decided to use their blending marker. It is fantastic! It easily blends my colored pencils, even on the grayscale! It made the pigment laid down so smooth and vibrant and blended better than my beloved Prismacolor blending pencils! I have thrown away the Vaseline and am forever hooked on the Prismacolor Dual Ended Blending Marker!

I've beeb buying art supplies from DickBlick for 40 years. Havn't bern in a brick and mortar store in a long time, but on line is even cheaper. I am saving well more than 50% by making my freshman-art-major daughter by from Blick on line instead of walking across the street to the local art supplystore. And Blick is never out of the stuff you neef

This product is used to create artwork one dot at a time and they hold their color beautifully.

I'm a professional artist but I mostly specialize in charcoal, graphite, and color pencil so I don't have a lot of experience with markers to compare them to, but I recently branched out into doing logos so I needed a good quality artist marker and these worked perfectly! They flow and blend amazingly with no bleeding and the colors have just the right amount of pop! Highly recommend these markers!
High Quality Markers. Semi-durable packaging

My husband and I use Prismacolor markers on bristol, illustration board, and sketchbook paper. I personally have always preferred Prismacolor to Copics. Our previous set of markers was purchased in 2003 - 2004, and sat idle for a couple of years after that until we picked them up again earlier this year. To our delight, the markers (which were stored in the boxes and hard plastic cases in a drawer out of any especially extreme or dry conditions) still worked as well as when we put them away. They only seem to dry out, therefor, through excessive use. Well, we achieved that level of excess this year, and finally needed to replace a fair few of our favorites. When we saw Blick's deal on the set of 72 we could not pass up on it. We will get doubles of the ones we use most commonly by placing orders for single markers. The box that the set of 72 comes in is more durable than that of the 12-qty sets, but the way it is folded results in the sides falling open more often than not, and the trays within are not especially rigid. We are still looking for the perfect solution to storing and sorting our Prismacolor markers.

I use the product for drawing fantasy. The lines that come out are crisp, and the shading works out great
