Just what I needed!
Comments about Prismacolor Premier Double-Ended Art Markers:
I had been given some of these markers by a relative who didn't need them anymore and really liked the quality and coverage. Given my liking of the gift I decided to expand my color range and have not regretted the purchase. The markers were BETTER quality than the ones I'd been gifted and are now a staple in my artistic arsenal. I'll be coming back for more when I've exhausted the color in these!
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I use ranges of black and grey prismacolor markers for notans in one of my classes for college. I think they work great because they have a fine tip and a broad tip which opens up a world of possibilities for details. I've found that I can also layer the colors to make them darker when I need them to be. I truly don't have any complaints.
Prismacolors are amazing!

I love to use prismacolor markers for sketching. Whether you are using these markers for cartoons/comics, or a portrait of a friend, prismacolors get the job done! They look really great on practically any paper and I've had many friends remark on how polished my art looks since getting my prismacolors.
hands down best professional marker out there

good as they ever were

been using these markers since the mid-80's, and they're still the best...I just don't understand why it takes 8 days to get them from Galesburg Ill to St Louis...

I absolutely love my Prismacolor markers!!! The coverage with these is just beautiful. When I show off the pictures that I have colored with these markers, there is always disbelief that I colored the picture bc they say it looks so much like an actual picture. While I do not have an art career or anything super important to justify spending the amount that I do on these markers... There is such a satisfaction when coloring with Prismacolor and it makes the meditative coloring experience that much more. My daughter is 6 and she has already swore off Crayola lol

Purchased these to use in a design class. They offer vibrant colors with smooth lines.
Marker Cap Doesn't Fit
from Washoe Valley, Nevada
I color with these markers and they are fun to use......except for the caps. On one occasion, I used two pairs of pliers, one to hold the marker and one to hold the cap and still couldn't pry it off. It never did come loose. Instead the marker separated below the cap exposing the core. Other caps won't stay on. And then some snap into place with a satisfying "click", so it IS possible to make a cap that fits this marker, but it's a random event. Come on guys. Improve the caps and charge a few pennies more. You have a nice product at a good price. I would recommend them to a friend with this warning: The relaxing benefits of coloring won't compensate for the stress from struggling with the caps.
I would buy more of these markers.

I use this product for coloring my stress therapy coloring books. I love the brightness and the fluidity of the markers. It makes my new hobby that much more fun!
