Extremely helpful for keeping the Prismacolors organized & easy way to see the colors you need.
Wonderful marker case
from Plantation, FL
I originally bought 24 Prismacolor Brush Markers including the case for them. It is so good. I love how I just unzip it and lay it open with easy access to my markers. I have been purchasing additional markers and bought another case to start keeping them in also. It is also really convenient when traveling. The markers stay in place in the case and th case takes up little space. Also, it is very well constructed. I am thrilled with it.
Really works great

Love the Prismacolor pen cases--just wish they'd make them bigger so I could fit all 156 of my pens in there!!

Got these for markers I had already. Being able to store the pens and set the cases up as a stand while using the pens is terrific. Sure beats chasing them around the floor when they roll off the table.

Keeps me organized
Great way to keep organized

I love being able to keep my pens organized in these. It's so much easier to keep my pens grouped by hue, or to keep my greys in order of increasing intensity. I only wish they came in a bigger size so I could keep them in one case instead of in three.
Clever design with usability glitches

I didn't buy this wallet separately, but got the brush marker set that came with one. It's better than most marker cases, but not as good as the Copic wallet, which is cheaper.Your markers are held in place by an elastic strap that's stitched down in intervals to divide it into individual slots, so you can organize them. This is a nice and surprisingly rare feature. It's also nifty how you can fold it open into an A-shaped upright stand. A drawstring with a movable stopper holds the case at the angle you like. Clever design. When you fold it back into a wallet, a zipper keeps the insides safe. The downside of the stand shape, though, is that half your markers are on the side facing away from you. Which is an especial pain due to the precision demanded by the elastic strap when you're removing and replacing markers.Lemme address that strap. Prismacolor markers have a little sharp ridge on the cap, so every time you pull out a marker you have to be careful not to let it catch on the strap or it can pull the cap off. And putting a marker BACK into the case is a bit like threading a needle, since of course the elastic tightens when it's empty. All this can really feel like it's crimping your flow if you're doing a lot of rapid switching between colors.Ultimately what killed this case for me is when the stitching separating two of the marker slots popped out, creating one double-sized, loose slot that markers always fall out of. Now I use a Copic marker wallet, which has a sturdy individual pocket for each marker. It's also cheaper than the Prismacolor case (comparing 24-marker-capacity cases), which is surprising for a Copic product. The only downside is that it doesn't zip closed like the Prisma case does. I'd say the Copic wallet is the best portable marker case, but barring that the Prismacolor case is better than any other one I've seen.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
