Comments about Princeton Series 4950 Interlocking Synthetic Sable Oval Wash:
This is my favorite brush when I am painting on a 20 inch canvas or larger. I can load the brush with tons of paint for easy background coverage. It also is my main brush for blocking in my painting, building up the layers and even creating details. The oval shaped brush is perfect for blending out brush strokes if desired. The oval shape allows for getting a sharp edge when needed.

Beautiful appearance and great performance

These brushes are lovely to look at and hold a really great point, the best of any I've tried. I like the fact that I can wipe the water out of the the oval wash on my water jar's lip and then blot up paint puddles. I liked these brushes so much I bought one of almost every size and shape (I just need a #10 round to complete my collection). The Princeton Neptune line might hold more water and color but I think the 4950 series points up better.Yu will not regret buying these brushes.
Very nice brush!

Sometimes an angel brush makes the effort easier and this one certainly fits the bill!
Comments about Princeton Synthetic Clear Handle Round Series 4950R:
I bought this brush in a Round size 8. It is a beautiful brush and feels sturdy to hold. It is less absorbent than the Princeton Neptune size 8, but it holds a better point and has much more snap. It works extremely well and gives me plenty of control.

It is one of the few brushes I use consistently for my watercolor. Several people including my instructor raves about them. I do not find loose hairs from them like more expensive brushes and they do what I want them to do. Thanks for carrying them, you are one of the few that do offer these.

Just what I was looking for.
Realist in oil paintings. Seeing that paint in detail, the need for a brush to hold its shape and medium this brush is perfect.has the flexibility and feel that makes my work easy and enjoyable. Sorry I didn't get more, will have to on next order.
