The Prat Start Premium line of sleek, durable presentation cases features distinctive black ribbed polypropylene covers that are water-resistant and impact-resistant. Both the portfolios and presentation cases lie completely flat when open for easy viewing.

A 1” multi-ring mechanism holds 10 super-clear, archival polypropylene sheet protectors with acid-free black inserts (included). The smooth-running nylon zipper opens to reveal a full-sized interior pocket on one side and an elastic strap on the other. The retractable spine-mounted handle allows pages to hang downward during transport without wrinkling.

This binder is great. However, the handle emits a stench of gasoline, just as the previous reviewer stated. If I can't remove the handle, I'll return it.

so disappointed, the quality of the binder/inserts/zipper and appearance are fantastic. BUT the handle material is some toxic smelling vinyl or plastic. after 2 wks of outgassing in the garage, I still can't pick it up by the handle. am returning now. If not for the handle, I would be thrilled. has to be the mfgr's issue, a bad lot? as the design is great.
