Comments about Powdered Rosin:
I was hoping to get lump rosin (100% purified pine rosin) which Daniel Smith used to carry. Thinking your rosin was the same thing, I ordered a can. Turns out to be (brown rosin) which does not melt the same as the light pine rosin. In etching, in order to get tones, rosin is melted on a metal plate, then the plate is put into an acid bath solution for various timings and you get a variety of tones. The longer the melted rosin areas are in the acid, the darker the tone. 'Brown Rosin' is totally unpredictable. It melts in a weird way, Can't tell when it's melted. I can't use the rosin you sent me. The stop-out solution is good. Hope you keep carrying it.
