These plastic palette cups attach to the side of your flat palette with a clip. Use them to hold liquid mediums.
They're made of easy-to-clean plastic, and have screw-on caps.

Comments about Plastic Palette Cups w/ Screw On Caps:
Will be adequate in the studio but I will not use it for transport of liquids. the top and jar are not machined and will probably leak at the ridge created by the joining of the two halves of the jar. As well as the fact that there is no cap gasket.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Has potential but ....

I got it for watercolor urban sketching. It looked like a convinient, light weight option. But sadly it leaks and i have to slip it into a ziploc just to be sure it doesnt mess up my bag.

I use water mixable oil paints. I keep a jar of water on the table and as I paint I have my mediums on the pallette and always available. Everything is always available and it saves me time and reduces clutter. I love this product.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
A solvent saver
It's great the have palette cups with lids; I was using some old open top metal cups and the solvents would evaporate. I chose the plastics type because of their translucencey and light weight and low cost. I can use several for different paint media.

Most of these leaked
I bought multiple packages to teach with for a beginning water-mixable oil painting class. Lucky for me after filling them, I put them in a baggy as most of them leaked from the bottom seams. Totally useless!

A third of the price and lighter weight than metal clip-on cups with lids. Very convenient.

If you keep screwing the top on it will seal closed. Then you have a perfect way of keeping medium moist over night. I like them

Spend a little more.

I'm a oil painter. I paint several times a week and will replace the plastic with the heavier duty stainless or nickel/brass on my next order. You have to fidget to get the lids on and then I wondered if it was going to keep from spilling if I go carry it around outside.
