I use the Pilot G2 Gel Pens in my art work. The ink flows smoothly and the colors are great. I appreciate being able to buy some of the more flamboyant colors without purchasing a whole variety pack because I tend to favor the cool palate. The price was right too.

Great but the ad lies.

as the title says, the ad lies. it says its non smearing but its the total opposite. i was using it to take rigorous notes in class, and suddenly there was a fire drill. i slammed my notebook shut. when i came back, the "non smear formula" ruined an hour's worth of notes, copying it to the other side. its a shame it smears, but on the other hand, its by far the brightest and boldest pen ive used. all in all, its the perfect pen, except if your a leftie.

I love the G2 pilot! It is my favorite pen of all time! It is my old teachers favorite pen and still is. He had and has every color you can get. The Pilot G2 is non-smearing and easy to write with. It's amazing!

I bought a big pack of these pens a while back, contained Black, Blue, and Red. The blue pens are great, but the black, not so much. You had better hope that your hand NEVER touches the paper in any way while you work. It's like the pen stops working completely if it comes in contact with the slightest bit of moisture on a piece of paper. The blue pen is really not worth inking with, but it's fantastic when it comes to writing

I have used these pens for years now. Working in an office, I used pens of all brands and styles. I found these Pilot G2 Gel pens and never went back to any other pen. They don't scratch when you write; they don't glob up or smear; the price is fair, but not the best; you have choices of colors and I use the red and green in my Christmas cards. They look great! They are soft to hold in my arthritic hands. I am now retired and yet I still write and use a pen a lot. You won't go wrong with these pens.

I draw and color with pens and colored pencils. I liked the color of these pens as shown on the website. When I received them, they were useless to use as a pen to color in any drawings I created. When used to color in a space, they streaked and the coverage was horrible. They are good to use for writing or signing but not for any other artistic use

My mother uses the dark green Pilot G2 gel pens when working crossword puzzles. She recently had cataracts removed from both eyes & although she can see much better, these pens are easiest for her to read. We all use different colors of the Pilot G2 gel & recommend them very highly!!
