The Pantone GoeGuide is used to select, specify, and communicate the 2,058 new solid colors from the Pantone Goe System. These colors are arranged in an intuitive, chromatic order for easy, precise, cross-media color selection and specification. Each color is identified by a unique number along with its ink mixing formula and RGB values. The guide is printed on a #1 grade coated stock.

The Pantone Goe System was developed to provide designers with more colors, an easier to use color layout, and confidence that designs can be accurately reproduced across multiple media. It offers a significantly expanded color palette, but is based on a smaller set of 10 Pantone Mixing Bases, plus Pantone Clear, which are readily available anywhere in the world.

Ink mixing bases were created to deliver technically sound color standards compatible with aqueous and UV coatings. Colors have been designed for printing uniform ink film thicknesses to allow for equal drying times and more control when matching color on press.
