It is a little watery (no big deal, let it dry out some) But i was very happy with it. I painted stars on my ceiling and nightime lighting effects on my fairy mural. What i really like is the paint is almost unnoticable in the light (theres a faint green-yellow tint) but glows bright enough with the lights off that the stars on my ceiling make my room glow, and for a very long time, 2-4 hours.
