Naz-Dar's 59-000 inks are distinguished for their excellent outdoor durability. They air dry by oxidation to an extremely flexible and glossy finish in 4 to 6 hours. They can be heat-cured at 180°F (82°C) for approximately 30 minutes. Once dried or cured, they're weatherproof. 59-000 inks have excellent adhesion to a great variety of surfaces, such as metal, wood, masonite, glass, anodized aluminum, paper, cardboard, and some types of plastics. (Will not print over lacquer.) They're ideal for outdoor signs, novelties, synthetic decals, packaging, etc. Use with all types of screen fabrics and stencils. Naz-Dar's 59-000 inks are formulated for use straight from the container. They offer excellent opacity. One gallon covers 800–1000 square feet (about 80–100 square meters). For over-printing, use 59-135 Gloss Coating Varnish. Use 59-120 Transparent Base to increase coverage without affecting viscosity. It can also be used to obtain roller-coating consistency. Now available in 1 kg (2.2 lb) cans, which are approximately equivalent in size to 1 quart. Note — Scarlet Red and Ultra Blue are not recommended for outdoor use. Note — Use this color chart as an approximation of the real color. If exact color matching is necessary, use actual samples of the materials. Caution — Follow safety instructions carefully.
